Never having been to Kagali, Rwanda i, from what I’ve read about it and seen about it on YouTube I think it’s a great place to visit, maybe even to live if it lives up to what I’ve ran and seen and heard people talk about. One of the cleanest cities in the world, even on the continent of Africa.
